Communication.

The Company places a great deal of importance on communication with its shareholders. The Company publishes online both an interim statement and its full-year report and accounts. The annual report is mailed to all shareholders and, upon request, to other parties who have an interest in the Group’s performance. Regular communication with shareholders also takes place via the Company’s website.

There is regular dialogue with major shareholders, as well as general presentations after the release of the interim and final results. From time to time, these meetings involve the Chairman or other non-executive directors. All shareholders have the opportunity to ask questions at the Company’s annual general meeting.
